Common Questions
Does Simple Note save my note automatically?
Yes. The current note is automatically saved while you type, when the keyboard is hidden, and when you leave the app.
How do I start a new note?
Use the Clear button on the main screen. Simple Note will ask for confirmation before clearing the current note.
Can I share a note?
Yes. Tap Send to open the standard iOS Share Sheet. From there, you can use available sharing options such as Messages, Mail, AirDrop, or other compatible apps installed on your device.
Can I change the text size?
Yes. Tap Text Size on the main screen and choose the size you prefer. The selected size is remembered for the current note.
Does Simple Note support lists?
Yes. Auto Bullets can create either dot-bulleted or numbered lists.
Privacy
Simple Note does not contain advertising and does not use tracking technology to follow users across apps or websites.
Notes are intended to remain on the user's device unless the user chooses to share them using the iOS Share Sheet.
Additional privacy information is available inside Simple Note under Settings.
Important Note About Your Data
Simple Note is intended as a convenient note-taking tool. Users are responsible for maintaining copies or backups of important information.
For important notes, consider using the Send feature to store a copy somewhere outside the app.
